Please mention at the time of booking your visit if you are interested in contact lenses or are a current contact lens wearer.  

 

Contact lenses are medical devices regulated by the FDA and require an annual prescription renewal. A contact lens prescription is not the same as an eyeglass prescription. Contact lenses need to be evaluated not just for the power they provide but to ensure they are the appropriate fit and type for you to maintain the health of your eyes. 

 

If you are interested in contact lenses for the first time a separate visit for the fitting and instruction on handling and use will need to be booked on another day following your eye exam.
